The so-called "Hipster Grifter" now faces more charges in Salt Lake City's 3rd District Court.

Keri Ferrell, 22, was charged Thursday with identity fraud and issuing a bad check or draft, both third-degree felonies, as well as two other misdemeanor counts of issuing a bad check or draft. She is being held in Salt Lake County Jail.

The identity fraud charge says that Ferrell opened a cable television account using the name and Social Security number of her ex-boyfriend in 2007. Ferrell received the service for approximately nine months but has made no attempt to pay the debt, the charges said.

In May, Ferrell was extradited from Philadelphia to Utah where she faces a list of charges ranging from theft and forgery. She had accumulated $60,000 in warrants.

Ferrell gained Internet notoriety after a story in the New York Observer detailed a series of alleged scams among Brooklyn's hipsters. Ferrell was on the Salt Lake City Police Department's Most Wanted list for a series of alleged cons here.
