Do more traveling
Of course crossing the border is a minor offense, on the order of a speeding ticket. People cross the border desperately to get food for their families. Driving over the speed limit you can hurt or even kill yourself and other people.
Chile welcomed all Peruvian people who crossed the border looking for a worthy life.
Jerry Molloy (Readers' Forum, July 7) needs to do more traveling.
