A relative of one of the young victims who died in a fire in a day-care center in Hermosillo, Mexico, last month holds a pair of charred baby shoes during a demonstration in Mexico City Saturday. Mexican federal prosecutors say they have obtained nine arrest warrants for the owners and legal representatives of the day care center.
