A relative of one of the young victims who died in a fire in a day-care center in Hermosillo, Mexico, last month holds a pair of charred baby shoes during a demonstration in Mexico City Saturday. A state prosecutor said that a short-circuit or the overheating of a cooling system in an adjacent warehouse set off the blaze that killed 48 small children in the center June 5. Mexican federal prosecutors say they have obtained nine arrest warrants for the owners and legal representatives of the day care center.
