A runner cruises past as Sugarhouse Park greets this summer's joggers and picnickers with a surprising bit of advice: "Think." The floral message is a departure from those typically found in municipal parks, which usually lean toward the less philosophical "welcome" or the park's name, according to the City Parks Alliance in Washington, D.C. Sugarhouse Park manager Noel Versteeg says the word was chosen "randomly."
