Governor shouldn't be on autopilot

While I have met Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr. and admire many of his attributes, I believe any governor owes it to his constituents to not put governmental duties on "autopilot" by being absent for a prolonged time — whether it is Huntsman or the governor of South Carolina.
