Owlz explode for blow-out win

OREM — The Owlz exploded for six runs in the eighth inning to cap a 14-6 victory over the Raptors.

Four walks served as the catalyst while Richard Cates' double and Kevin Ramos' triple brought the runners home.

Tyler Mann hit a grand slam in the first inning after two walks and a wild pitch.

Mann had five RBIs while Cates had four to give Kyle Roberson (1-1) the win.
