Fire forces freeway exit closure in Utah County

BENJAMIN, Utah County — Fire crews have closed the freeway exit to Benjamin as they battle a fire in an abandoned train car.

Just before 11 a.m., emergency crews received word that a train was on fire near on the tracks near mile marker 254, west of I-15 and Spanish Fork.

Officials from Utah County and several cities are still on scene.
