A free tai chi and chi gong class is available to the public at 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 30.
Instructors John Garrett and Janet Garrett, professional members of the American Tai Chi Association, will teach the one-hour class at Beehive Health Essentials, 846 E. Expressway Lane (next to Kmart) in Spanish Fork. Seating is limited.
