WEST VALLEY CITY — The Utah Grizzlies and Utah Amateur Hockey Association will co-host a roundtable discussion today at the E Center.

Leaders from every hockey program in the state — recreation through travel leagues including high school, adult programs and colleges — as well as rink managers and referees are expected to participate.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss ways to grow the sport of hockey in Utah. Courtney Welch of USA Hockey's membership development department will speak to the group about the organization's "Grow the Game" initiative. New Utah Grizzlies vice president Jared Youngman will also address the gathering.
