Kings (7 p.m., Ch. 5): A blackout puts the royal family in danger.

Harper's Island (8 p.m., Ch. 2): An explosion rocks the marina as the guests are trying to escape the island.

Eli Stone (9 p.m., Ch. 4): ABC finally airs the first of the final four episodes of this great-but-canceled show. And we're given to understand that the series finale — scheduled to air July 11 — will give fans a sense of closure. Tonight, feelings between Eli and Maggie resurface.

Law & Order: Criminal Intent (10 p.m., USA): Three murders are tied to a religious fanatic.

In Plain Sight (11 p.m., USA): Mary tries to help Brandi when she's arrested for drug trafficking and murder.
