I'll bet that if the Hurricane officer who Tasered Brian Cardall had participated in high-school wrestling — as I did — Brian Cardall would be alive today. Having a lot of experience in take-downs, I am certain I could have brought down a guy as slight as Brian without using a Taser gun.
