$5.1 million for modifications to the taxiway apron area of Hill Air Force Base's main runway to make it more safe and allow flight operations to be more efficient.
$5.5 million for an unmanned aerial vehicle sensor and maintenance development center at Hill. The money would fund efforts by Hill's Ogden Air Logistics Center and Utah State University's Space Dynamics Laboratory for work on systems for the unmanned vehicles.
$3.4 million in Army research and development funding for Tooele Army Depot projects to convert old propellant into fertilizer as part of work to dispose of old, conventional ammunition.
$5.2 million for the Repair Technology Insertion Program at Hill's Ogden Air Logistics Center to identify and develop technology to increase the productivity of its maintenance wing.
"All things considered, it was a pretty good night for northern Utah," Bishop said about the debate on the bill that lasted all day Tuesday and concluded about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.
