"ibid" (Indiepix, 2009, $24.95). This shaggy-dog independent film follows a patient (Christian Campbell) in a psychiatric center who writes a play to be acted out by other patients. He eventually escapes with a pal (Russell Friedenberg) and they go on an extended road trip to confront demons from their past. Paranoid fantasies collide with reality in this offbeat semi-comic effort by director/cowriter Friedenberg, which was shot on a shoestring in southern Idaho (and has a scene set in Salt Lake City).
Extras: widescreen, deleted scenes, featurettes, trailers
"Baby On Board" (NEM/Blu-ray, 2009; R for sex, nudity, language; $24.98). Silly, sleazy slapstick farce about a couple (Heather Graham, Jerry O'Connell) having marital problems just as she gets pregnant. Each thinks the other is cheating, though neither is, but his best friend (John Corbett) and her boss (Lara Flynn Boyle) are no help.
Extras: widescreen, audio commentary, photo gallery, trailer (also on DVD, same price)
"Fired Up" (Screen Gems, 2009; R for sex, nudity, language, drugs; $28.96). Two womanizing high school football players decide to try out for cheerleading camp to hit on more girls. Just what you'd expect.
Extras: widescreen, audio commentary, featurettes, bloopers (also on Blu-ray, $39.95)
