Stage auditions

"Many Moons," Holladay Arts Council, June 16, 7-9 p.m., Holladay City Hall, 4580 S. 2300 East.

There are roles for one young girl, five men and four women ages 18-50. Actors should bring a piece from a fairy tale. This can be a one-to two-minute monologue or two people can team up for a scene.

"Urinetown," June 18, 7 p.m., and June 20, 9 a.m., Heritage Theatre, 2505 S. Hwy. 89, Perry.

Looking for men and women ages 18-60. All parts require singing, dancing and acting experience. Cast members must be able to play multiple roles. Please come prepared to sing a song in the style of the show — actors must bring their own accompanist, CD or tape. No a capella auditions will be heard.

Show dates are Aug. 29-Sept. 19.

"Disney Auditions," Feld Entertainment, June 19, registration begins at 2 p.m., auditions begin at 3 p.m., callbacks immediately following, Creative Arts Academy, 165 S. Main, Bountiful.

Disney is seeking male and female dancers, actors, singers and character performers 18 years and older for the upcoming "Disney Live!"

Juggling and foreign language aptitude is a plus. Disney is seeking performers with a high level of fitness, enthusiasm and the ability to be a "good citizen" while on extended tours. All candidates are required to learn a dance combination.

Please bring a nonreturnable headshot and resume. If asked to sing, be prepared to perform 16 bars of an upbeat piece of music that features you vocal ability. Dancers/character performers should be prepared to perform additional character animation exercise as needed. If asked to juggle, please supply your own equipment.

"Go, Dog. Go!" June 15 and 16, noon-3 p.m., by appointment only, Salt Lake Acting Company, 168 W. 500 North.

Directors are looking for actors age 18-40. Please prepare a theatrical reading of the book, "Go, Dog. Go!" Also, an a capella nursery rhyme or children's song and any special talents as listed, including dance, movement, physical comedy, stupid human tricks. The book is available to read at SLAC. Actors must bring a headshot and resume.
