Utah's former first lady, Jacalyn Leavitt, has won an award for her efforts in helping create the Internet Keep Safe Coalition.

The iKeepSafe organization teaches children about Internet safety and gives parents, educators and policymakers information to teach children about the safe and healthy use of technology.

Leavitt was one of 10 people selected to receive Cable's Leaders in Learning award and will be honored at a ceremony June 10 at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington, D.C. For more information, visit LeadersinLearningAwards.org.
