The opening of the City Creek Center food court has been delayed.

Officials pushed back the opening until Wednesday after running into "some unexpected snags in the final inspections and operating permit process," City Creek spokesman Dale Bills said.

The food court, 28 S. State, had been expected to open Monday with two eateries. More vendors are expected to open shop throughout the summer.
