Bank of American Fork is holding a free seminar on how businesses and consumers can avoid bank fees.
It will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, at the bank's Riverton branch, 2691 W. 12600 South.
"Show Me the Savings: Understanding Fees in Banking" will review how and why fees are charged. Presenters will talk about where to look for hidden fees and how to avoid them. Attendees are invited to bring their bank statements for analysis and recommendations for saving.
The seminar includes free lunch, and the public is invited. The RSVPs will be accepted through Friday and can be completed by calling 801-642-3042 or e-mailing rsvp@bankaf.com.
