KEEPING QUIET: Real Salt Lake defender Ian Joy has returned to full training this week after missing the first 11 games of the season with a hamstring injury.
One can only assume he's progressing nicely and anxious to get back on the field because, strangely, Joy isn't speaking with the media after denying several requests in the past week.
Perhaps its a form of superstition, not wanting to jinx his recovery.
RSL YOUTH EARN DRAW: Real Salt Lake's under-18 team earned a 3-3 draw against RCD Espanyola (Spain) on Wednesday at the U-18 Club World Cup on Wednesday in Madrid.
It was the team's second draw of the tournament, and with a win in its final match on Friday, it would become the first MLS youth team to advance out of group play. RSL qualified for the tournament by winning last summer's MLS Sum U-17 Cup.
