But Finau fell back with a bogey on No. 10, and by failing to make birdie on the par-5 13th, and then making bogey at 15. Pimm also lost ground when he failed to make birdie on the par-5 12th and par-5 13th.
"My tee shots on those two holes kind of did me in," Pimm said.
Summerhays and Page both made birdies on both No. 12 and No. 13. Pimm got back to within two of Summerhays and one of Page when he chipped in from behind the green on the par-3 14th.
Page, playing two holes in front of Summerhays and Pimm, rolled in a 20-foot birdie from the fringe on No. 15 to tie for the lead at 16 under, and then took the lead at 17-under with a 12-foot birdie putt on No. 16.
Pimm looked like he was going to get back in the race when his second shot on the par-5 16th came to rest 12 feet from the cup. But Summerhays spoiled that plan when he drained a 40-foot uphill putt for eagle, to regain the lead by one over Page.
"It was looking really good about 10 feet out, and I thought it had enough speed to go in," Summerhays said.
On the par-17th, however, Summerhays three-putted from 20 feet to fall back into a tie with Page. On No. 18, Page had a chance to put the pressure on Summerhays but his 25-foot birdie putt hopped right of the cup, setting the stage for Summerhays to finish things off in dramatic fashion a few minutes later.
"I figured I had to make one more birdie, but I just couldn't buy my last two putts," Page said.
