Brent Bezzant's "marriage and gender" letter (Readers' Forum, May 27) makes a very persuasive case against same-sex marriage. It does seem that the pro-gay marriage people never address what is natural or moral. By moral I mean the right or wrong of the issue of same-sex marriage.
Society has the right to set standards and to define marriage as between opposite sexes. All the rights we have under the Constitution are clear and concise
The next step after the legalization of homosexual marriage is child adoption by homosexuals. Is that what we want our society to degenerate into?
