Local libraries offer music, movies and outdoor fun
For many, the luxury of summer is time. Time to relax, to rest, to read. In a hammock, on the grass, by a pool, under a porch fan, it doesn't matter. Sometimes books just read better outside.
This summer, local libraries are offering more than books and reading programs for lazy summer days. This summer season, they also will feature movies, art, music and gardening to draw the community together and potential readers in. All events are free and open to the public.
