The family of a terminally ill woman is hosting a bake sale Saturday in Magna in hopes of raising money for her young children and medical costs.

Doctors have given 36-year-old Julie Stout about two weeks to live due to a malignant brain tumor. Her four children are ages 1 to 10.

The sale is being held at the Reams parking lot in Magna at 3500 S. 7200 West; it starts at 10 a.m. and will continue "till it's all gone," a friend said.

Julie Stout and her husband, Brandon Stout, first met at age 14 during a church dance, dated in high school, served separate LDS missions and attended BYU together.

Julie Stout's family has set up a donation account at Deseret First Credit Union in Brandon and Julie's name for those who wish to donate.

Brandon tells the family's story on his blog at chsalumni.net/content/special-spotlight-my-wife-julie-johnson-stout.
