NEW FILMS FRIDAY

DANCE FLICK — A new generation of Wayans brothers spoof such hits as "Step Up" in this parodic comedy. To be reviewed next week, running time: 83 minutes, PG-13 (vulgarity, sex, profanity)

LYMELIFE — ★★½ — Despite its first-rate cast, this dysfunctional family drama is too familiar. Running time: 94 minutes, R (profanity, violence, vulgarity, sex, drugs, slurs)

NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM: BATTLE OF THE SMITHSONIAN — ★★— An unnecessary sequel to Ben Stiller's 2006 smash "Night at the Museum." Running time: 105 minutes, PG (violence, profanity, vulgarity, slurs, nude artwork)

SHALL WE KISS? — ★★★ — A Gallic comedy that is certainly better than recent, American-made romantic comedy tripe. French with subtitles, running time: 100 minutes, not rated, probable R (vulgarity, brief sex, nudity, brief drugs, slurs)
