PARK CITY SUMMER SEASON
Park City Mountain Resort will kick off its summer season on May 22 by opening its Alpine Coaster, Alpine Slide, ZipRider, mountain biking and other activities. The PayDay chair lift will provide access to mountain biking, the Alpine Slide and hiking trails, as well as scenic rides. The Town Lift will provide access to more biking and hiking opportunities.
Park City offers hiking and biking trails for all skill levels. Mountain bike rentals are available at a variety of shops in the base area.
OGDEN VALLEY FUN
A number of activities have been planned this summer in Ogden Valley, located about 10 miles east of Ogden City up Ogden Canyon, a designated scenic byway. Towns involved include Eden, Huntsville and Liberty.
Some of the activities include:
Children's Crafty Hikes — June 13, July 11, Aug. 8 and Sept. 5 — at Wolf Creek in Eden. Children ages 4 to 13 hike around a private lake and learn about surrounding bugs, flora, trees and plants. Cost is $15.
Snowbasin's summer weekend activities, which include lift-served mountain biking, hiking and disc golf will be held June 27 through Sept. 27. For information visit www.snowbasin.com.

Junior Golf Clinics at Wolf Creek will be June 16-19, July 14-17 and Aug. 18-21. Cost is $100 per student. For information call 801-745-3365.

BIKE SWAP
The second annual Bikes for Kids Utah Bike Swap to be held Saturday. The event will benefit Bikes for Kids Utah, a non-profit organization. It will be held at Cottonwood Cyclery, 2594 E. Bengal Blvd. from 10 a.m.. to 3 p.m. Those who would like to sell their used bikes or bike accessories can drop off items between 8 and 10 a.m. the day of the swap. Sellers determine the price for each of item and pay a $5 participation fee. That fee, in addition to 10 percent of the final selling price of each swap item, will go to Bikes for Kids Utah.
