For moms and dads who want to raise a little buccaneer, "Guide to Pirate Parenting" narrator Cap'n Billy "The Butcher" MacDougall offers tips such as how to turn your minivan into a schooner and where to maroon a disobedient child.

While you probably shouldn't follow the advice in this parenting-guide parody, it's funny and would make a nice gift for the pirate-lover in your life.

Find it at bookstores, amazon.com or pirateparenting.com.
