With four home runs against Air Force on Friday, Jones broke the school record and tied the Mountain West Conference record for homers in a game. He also put Utah on the board in the first inning with a solo homer and added two-run home runs in both the eighth and ninth innings.
The previous school record for home runs in a game was three. The MWC record is four, set in 2008 by New Mexico's Brian Cavazos-Galvez. Jones was 4-for-6 with four runs scored and nine RBI on the afternoon.
