Swine flu safety tips

Scrub your hands frequently with warm water and soap (20 seconds minimum) or hand sanitizer.

Stay home from work or school if you have flu symptoms.

Cover your cough with your shirt sleeve.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth if possible.

Avoid or minimize contact with infected people (a minimum 3 feet of distance is recommended).

Symptoms of the flu may include fever, runny nose, body aches, sore throat, cough, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
