Kids can make deathtraps out of safe homes

I found my daughter today standing on the tip of her toes on the handlebars of a bike so she could wash her hands in the sink.

I did what any loving mom would do at this moment. I said, "Honey, stay right there while mommy gets a camera."

Judge if you will, but it's a pretty hilarious picture.

OK, it's not so hilarious that I left my 2-year-old daughter alone for five minutes and found her in this precarious situation. Seriously, she was teetering on those handlebars and reaching for that soap like she was in no danger at all.
