Time to start housecleaning at the Justice Department. Why can't prosecutors get a conviction for someone as corrupt and clearly guilty as Sen. Ted Stevens? How is it a man whose net worth when he entered the U.S. Senate was only $70,000 in inflated dollars tied to the appreciation of his home is now a multimillionaire?
Thrifty Ted is now worth $264 million.
It'd be very hard to save that kind of cash out of the milk money.
