I smoked for more than 30 years and in 2002 I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I eventually lost half of my lung.
As difficult as quitting smoking was, telling my family I had cancer was even harder.
I'm sharing my story in hopes it will inspire someone else to quit and avoid the heartache and physical pain I've been through. With the new federal tax on cigarettes, now would be a good time to quit. Call 1-888-567-TRUTH or go to www.utahquitnet.com for help.
