Salt Lake Police Chief Chris Burbank is pushing his department's budget on YouTube.
The police chief has posted a series of videos online to promote the police department's $56 million budget request and encourage public turnout at a budget workshop meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 2, at the Pioneer Precinct, 1040 W. 700 South.
"The goal is to communicate basic information on the budget process and make it available to be seen by as many people as possible," Burbank said in a statement Tuesday.
