3 small quakes reported near Salina

SALINA, Sevier County (AP) — Three small earthquakes have shaken central Utah, but no damage was reported.

The quakes hit around 9:20 p.m. Sunday in a remote area southeast of Salina.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the largest was magnitude 3.0. The others were 2.8.

Three people reported feeling the quakes on a USGS Web site. The earthquakes were recorded by the University of Utah seismograph stations.
