The Jazz on Saturday assigned shooting guard Morris Almond and center Kyrylo Fesenko to the NBA Development League affiliate, the Orem-based Utah Flash.
It's the first trip to the Flash this season for Almond, and the second for Fesenko. Both also spent time with the D-League team last season.
Without those two, the Jazz traveled to Canada for Sunday's game against Toronto with 13 players — including rookie big man Kosta Koufos.

The announcement was still on Utah Valley University's website Tuesday afternoon, which seemed a mournful oversight.
