FARMINGTON — A Syracuse baby sitter accused of molesting children has been ordered to stand trial.
Court records show that during an appearance in 2nd District Court on Wednesday, Richard Siler, 45, conditionally waived his right to a preliminary hearing on three counts of aggravated sex abuse of a child, a first-degree felony, and two counts of forcible sex abuse, a second-degree felony. He will enter a plea to the charges on April 9.
Syracuse police have accused him of molesting three children at his home in 2003 and 2004.
