BOUNTIFUL — Police are searching for a man who robbed a Bountiful gas station. Just before 4 p.m. Saturday, police said, a man entered a Texaco station at 2065 S. Orchard Drive, displayed a handgun and demanded cash. He then fled the store in a teal, older model Chevrolet pickup with silver trim along the bottom. Witnesses were able to get a partial license plate of 585 with the letters H and U, Bountiful police said.

The suspect is described as white, about 40 years old, 5-foot-11, about 150 pounds with a "scruffy" looking face. He was wearing dark sunglasses, a tan hat with a blue hooded sweatshirt pulled over the hat.

Anyone with information is urged to call police at 801-298-6000.
