CEDAR CITY — A judge will decide if there's enough evidence to make a former middle school teacher stand trial on voyeurism charges.
Matthew Scott Adams, 30, appeared in 5th District Court on Tuesday where a judge scheduled a March 4 preliminary hearing on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony, and third-degree felony voyeurism. Adams is accused of videotaping people through the blinds and windows of their homes, Cedar City police said.
The Iron County School District said Adams was fired from his job at Cedar Middle School shortly after being arrested last month.
