FARMINGTON — A Syracuse woman accused of having sex with three teenage boys has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges and will face a trial.
During an appearance Wednesday in 2nd District Court, Kimberlee Williams Arigot, 40, entered the pleas to charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor; unlawful conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old and dealing in materials harmful to a minor, all third-degree felonies. Arigot is also charged with a single count of child sex abuse, a class A misdemeanor.
Arigot is accused of having sex with a 15-year-old boy, a 17-year-old and performing a sex act on another 17-year-old. Syracuse police have said the alleged victims were either friends of her daughter or lived in her neighborhood. Police initially investigated a report of a minor receiving sexually explicit pictures over a cell phone. That led to the allegations leveled at Arigot.
She is due back in court on Feb. 25 for a pretrial conference.
