MURRAY — Police are looking for two men who robbed a local Rite Aid pharmacy Wednesday night.

A call came in just after 10 p.m. at the store, 5540 S. 900 East, saying that two men came into the store, walked to the back near the pharmacy and pointed a small black handgun at the person working in the pharmacy. They demanded OxyContin and cash.

Murray Police Sgt. Kim Rees said they ended up getting an undetermined amount of both. However, they did drop several of the bottles of the prescription painkiller on their way out of the store.

Both men were described as white, about 6 feet tall with a medium build. They both were wearing dark jeans. The man with the gun had on a green hooded sweatshirt, and the other man had on a dark hooded sweatshirt, as well.

No one was injured during the robbery.
