SOUTH OGDEN Police are looking for a man who approached a 7-year-old boy as he walked into school, offered him a cookie and told the boy to get into his car Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened at Wasatch Christian School, 585 East 39th St., at about 1:30 p.m. according to police. The driver opened the passenger door and offered the cookie, but the boy refused. The man then told the boy to take the cookie and get into the car.
The boy ran into the school screaming for police and the man left the area.
The car is described as a light blue newer model with orange flame stickers on the taillights. The man is described as a white male in his early 20s, with chin length brown wavy hair and freckles. He was wearing glasses and a black and red jacket.
