Firefighters are on the scene of a natural gas leak at the Salt Lake City International Airport.

Airport operations director Dave Korzep told the Deseret News it happened at a natural gas fueling station and is not affecting passenger terminals. A truck was refueling at one of the pumps when the leak was discovered.

A small portion of the airport's cargo road has been evacuated, authorities said. The airport itself was not evacuated, Korzep said.
