Usual starting small forward C.J. Miles did light rehab work on the court Sunday, but did not practice — diminishing his hopes for playing against the Pacers.

Miles didn't play Saturday due to a sprained left ankle, and is being called "doubtful" by the Jazz for tonight.

Power forward Paul Millsap made it through practice Sunday despite banging his right knee on a teammate's in Saturday's game, and is expected to play tonight.

All-Star power forward Carlos Boozer will miss a 26th straight game tonight.

Boozer, recovering and rehabbing in Los Angeles following Friday's arthroscopic knee surgery, has a follow-up visit with his orthopedic specialist planned for today.

AND FINALLY: Sloan did not commit to making a permanent opening-lineup change Sunday.

But when asked if Miles would return to his starting spot whenever he plays again, the Jazz coach heaped praise on replacement starter/combo guard Ronnie Price for his role in helping Utah jump on the Pistons from the get-go Saturday.

"Obviously with the way Ronnie played," Sloan said, "he's going to exert a litle bit of pressure on somebody else to (see) if they want to play."
