Eva Huckova won the women's giant slalom to lead Utah on the final day of the ski team's week in Alaska on Sunday. Utah finished second in the Seawolf Invitational and fifth in the University of Alaska-Anchorage Invitational.
Huckova, who won with a time of 1:47.11, led three Utah skiers in the top 10 in the women's GS. Chirine Njeim was sixth in 1:48.83 while Chelsea Laswell crossed the line eighth in 1:49.47.
In the men's slalom, Hermann Lager tied for ninth with a time of 1:38.70.
Annelies Cook led the Utes in the women's 10-km skate with a fourth-place finish (32:38.6). Zoe Roy and Sara Schweiger were also in the top 10, with Roy placing ninth (33:30.2) and Schweiger crossing the line 10th (33:50.9).. In the men's 15-km freestyle, Didrik Smith paced Utah with an eighth-place run in 41:30.8.
Utah has a quick turnaround, traveling to Colorado on Wednesday for the Colorado Invitational.
