Author and commentator Noah Feldman will speak on the rule of law in the Middle East during an address at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah Wednesday at 12:15 p.m.
Feldman, a Harvard University law professor, specializes in constitutional studies with emphasis on the relationship of law and religion. He's a contributing writer for The New York Times magazine and adjunct senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Most recently, Feldman has advised members of the Iraqi Governing Council on the drafting of the interim constitution.
