A man accused of being a serial peeping Tom has been ordered to stand trial on lewdness, voyeurism and burglary charges.

Brian Richard Lee, 44, was bound over for trial after a preliminary hearing Thursday in Salt Lake City's 3rd District Court. Lee is accused of hiding in a shower in the girl's locker room at Brighton High School in October as a dance recital was under way. Police said Lee has a lengthy history of sneaking into girl's locker rooms to spy on them in Davis and Weber counties.

Police have expressed frustration that Lee's convictions never amounted to getting him placed on the sex offender registry. Lee is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 30.
