GENOLA — An early morning car accident killed one person in Genola and sent three to the hospital.
Police say around 7 a.m., there was an accident at 800 East and state Route 141 when a driver ran a stop sign and plowed into another car.
Jose Guadalupe Almanza, 36, who ran the stop sign, died at the scene, police said.
Officers reported that three others were flown to hospitals, two in Salt Lake hospitals and one in a Utah County hospital.
Police are still investigating the crash.
