BLANDING — Utah Highway Patrol troopers seized 128 pounds of marijuana in a traffic stop near here.
The bust happened Dec. 19 on state Route 191. A trooper stopped the car for a lane change violation and questioned the driver and her daughter who were traveling from Arizona to Michigan. After gaining consent to search the vehicle, the UHP said a K-9 found the marijuana packages in two bags in the trunk.
The two were arrested on investigation of drug possession, the UHP said.
