Are you having a memorable Christmas season?

Doing something for others isn't just a task on a list. It's one of the only ways we can give a gift to Jesus Christ, the reason for Christmas. He doesn't need from us gold, frankincense or myrrh. He simply asks that we love each other, be kind to one another, and to remember we're all part of this big human family.
Like many of you, our family is helping a needy family this season. Their wants simply include a pair of work shoes for the grandma, work pants for the mother and diapers for the baby.
It's been a humbling and poignant experience for our children to see the reality of people's lives. We also sent an e-mail to Santa asking his suggestions on how we could focus more on creating family memories than numbering gifts. He sent a fabulous e-mail informing us we would receive an all-expense paid trip to St. George to spend a few sunny days elbow to chin with each other as a family, playing board games, decorating a Christ-centered tree, and driving each other appropriately crazy.
With service and time for loved ones, enjoy making this Christmas one that you and your family, and someone else, will always remember.
LIFETip: Make it memorable by serving a person or family anonymously and with joy!
