A search team is in-route to a second reported avalanche Sunday, this one near Desolation Lake in Big Cottonwood Canyon.

A University of Utah AirMed dispatcher said a Solitude search team was on its way to the slide with equipment including an avalanche probe.

Salt Lake County Search and Rescue had also been dispatched to the incident, though a spokesperson from the sheriff's department could not confirm if anyone was reported caught in the slide.
