FARMINGTON — Davis County prosecutors have leveled numerous felony charges against a Syracuse woman accused of having sex with three teenage boys.

Kimberlee Williams Arigot, 40, was charged in 2nd District Court on Tuesday with unlawful sexual activity with a minor, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a 16- or 17-year-old, and five counts of dealing in materials harmful to a minor, all third-degree felonies. Arigot also faces a single count of child sex abuse, a class A misdemeanor.

Arigot is scheduled to make her first appearance before a judge on Dec. 22. Court records did not indicate if she had retained an attorney.

The court charges accuse Arigot of having sex with a 15-year-old boy sometime between May and August at her home and a nearby park.

"During that same time period, the defendant had sexual intercourse with a 17-year-old male in Clearfield," Syracuse police officer Heath Rogers wrote in a probable cause statement filed with the charges.

She is also accused of performing a sex act on another 17-year-old in November.

Arigot was arrested Nov. 19 when Syracuse police began investigating reports that minors had received explicit pictures over a cell phone. Police said the boys were either friends of her daughter or lived in her neighborhood.

She was booked into the Davis County Jail and later released on bail. At the time of Arigot's arrest, police expressed concern about a "double standard" that any alleged victims would be reluctant to come forward because they are males with a suspected female perpetrator. On Wednesday, police said they have willing witnesses.

"We've got victims that are willing to testify in court," said Syracuse Police Lt. Tracy Jensen.
