• Professional Republican Women of Utah has selected its 2008 board. Jennifer Hogge is president. She works in LDS Philanthropies, in donor services for Humanitarian Services. She teaches history, government and the founding of America at the University of Phoenix. Peggy Wallace is first vice president and vice president of programs. Her career includes 37 years at financial institutions and serving in the Utah House of Representatives. Ally Isom is second vice president and vice president of membership. She is deputy director of the Utah Department of Community and Culture. She previously worked for the Salt Lake City Government and Public Affairs Division of R&R Partners and twice managed the campaigns of Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff. Cherilyn Bacon Eagar is corresponding secretary and vice president of communications. She is marketing director at Webstarget By Computer Camp. Her background includes serving as a county and state delegate in three states. Lori Harding is treasurer. Harding is the regional sales administrator for Zions Bank and has been a banking professional for past 24 years.

Kaohu Kanakaole and Diana Windley have been promoted at Goldenwest Credit Union to assistant vice presidents. Kanakaole's responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of the Goldenwest accounting department, as well as financial statement presentation for the credit union. She began her career at Goldenwest in 1989 as a teller. She has subsequently served as an accounting clerk, senior accountant and accounting department manager. Her education includes a degree from Weber State University. Windley's responsibilities include marketing strategy and execution, product development, event planning and sales management. She has 15 years of marketing, advertising and communications experience, including 10 years of financial services marketing. She joined the Goldenwest management team in 2004 as the director of marketing. Windley has a degree from Brigham Young University.

Russell T. Raddon has been named large group practice leader for Humana Inc.'s Utah commercial health-insurance business. With 17 years of experience working for insurance carriers, employers and multispecialty medical groups, Raddon will be responsible for new sales, account management, sales administration and retention of large-group customers of 100 or more employees located throughout Utah. Raddon comes to Humana with experience in executive-level and sales leadership roles. From 2005 to 2008, Raddon served as a vice president for another company's satellite office in Denver. His education includes a degree from Brigham Young University.
